PROJECT DESCRIPTON
The Real Estate Market Study will analyze land values, rental rates, inventory of space, buildings planned, vacancy, net absorption and other factors to determine market conditions for retail, office and industrial sectors. The intent is to provide a thorough analysis of the future demand trends and opportunities for each land use rather than a property by property assessment. After existing conditions and demand are analyzed, the selected consultant should provide recommendations related to land use, economic development strategies and other factors that will encourage sustainable commercial development and job growth.
The scope of the Real Estate Market Study encompasses the entire planning and zoning jurisdiction of the Town as shown on the attached map. Particular emphasis should be given to areas where significant future development is possible, such as the downtown area and the I-69 Corridor which consists of existing and planned exits 203, 204, 205 and 210.
